We recently redesigned a customer's website. The old site had too much content on the home page, was disorganized and displayed nothing more than a static page with some really outdated images.
The new website features a rotating banner at the top highlighting the company's services. There is also a scrolling event calendar that continuously displays their upcoming events. The "live" blog is updated by their staff through a content editor we created for them where they can upload, resize and crop images to go with the blog.
All of the code for this site was written in-house. There are no third party apps in use with the exception of a geo-location script that is used to get a site visitor's city, state and country to use for statistical purposes.
The site is still in beta mode but we expect it to move from development to production sometime this week.
The beta site can be viewed at http://et.intelsciences.com/
