Avenue Wines Portfolio Selections

Kiona Riesling 2010 Washington Bright acidity without effervescence on the front with orange blossom and honeyed notes. It's medium bodied and lightly sweet. Good balance between sweetness, floral notes and a little bit of a nutty finish, quite easy to drink.

Due Torre Pinot Grigio 2010 Italy Clean and lean with light minerality and a lime zest finish. Great value and a good traditional style. Would be great with light seafood dishes and even lighter oil based pasta dishes.

Eberle Chardonnay 2010 Paso Robles, California Well balanced with minimal oak giving it a touch of creaminess pineapple flavors on the front and lingering vanilla on the finish.

99 West Pinot Noir 2010 Willamette Valley, Oregon Made from a mix of acquired Willamette fruit, including some coming from the Solena Estate this is an elegant styled wine with good black cherry flavors, soft earth tones on the finish. Very approachable Pinot with balanced flavors and not overdone oak.

Eberle V.S Cabernet Sauvignon 2009 Paso Robles, California I've been selling this wine for years and it's quality never disappoints. This vintage is concentrated and a bit young but can be opened up for a few hours or decanted to make it easier to drink and to show the well developed flavors. A lot of spicy cinnamon, banana, walnut on the nose with good chewy dark blue fruit on the front and lingering cedar notes on the finish. Always a good choice and a great value for the price.

Wisteria Cellars Merlot 2009 California (On Premise Only) A lot of flavor for a great price. This wine will probably only be found as a house wine at select restaurants, but may be available in some retail markets. It has a good smoky, coffee nose, dried cherries flavors and is easy drinking with nice body and finish.
