The doctors I have dealt with have always had a good personality. But they never seem to want to help you with chronic pain. If you have a physical job they will just tell you to quit your job, instead of addressing the problem of your pain. They literally talk to you for 5 minutes say good luck and charge $400 luckily I have excellent health insurance to pay for it. So at the end of the day I walked in the door in pain left out the door in pain, and still in pain.

My review is specific to Dr. Ortmann - I was referred to Dr. Ortmann for a hand injury that was diagnosed in the ER. I saw Dr. Ortmann for 10 minutes where he shrugged his shoulders and told me he didn't know what to do with me and I would need to see Dr. Li at Baptist. I did just that and Dr. Li saved my hand. My insurance paid $131.90 of the $240.00 charge. I called and asked them to reconsider the $108 part since all he did was shrug his shoulders and tell me he couldn't help me. When I asked for an adjustment since he didn't help me at all... I was turned over to collections with zero communication other than continued billing for the $108. No response to my continued request to waive the charge. No more than he did, the payment made by the insurance company was more than enough to cover the time taken to shrug his shoulders. I have paid my debt but will not recommend Dr. Ortmann due to this. The treatment provided is not worth the charge. The other Dr's I have been fortunate to use there are great. However, if you have a hand injury... go to DR. LI at Wake Forest Baptist Hospital. They are worth the money you will be charged.

The staff is horrible. The doctors are impersonal and rush you to leave without fully explaining the next step of what needs to happen. The office people are rude. Simply asking a question after waiting 30 plus minutes about a follow up appointment is met with scoffs and a lack of understanding or sympathy. Talking to them in person is even worse because they're answers tend to be "I don't know." If they don't know how to do their jobs, new compassionate, knowledgeable people should be hired.

While the doctors may be good, out of 4 visits may wait time was inexcusable. Over 2 hours one time and today 1 hour until I decided to leave. It was an 815 am appointment. No explanation to me and no apology. I am changing doctors.

I am the "Bionic Granny"...6 replacements, one of which had to be redone as it was done at another "reputable clinic"here! My doctors, Allusio,Supple, and Ramos, along with their PA's have been super!! The office staff have always been helpful, although I have experienced some extended wait if contacting by phone. I do try to use the patient portal, but sometimes have problems as I am not a "computer person" and still use a "flip phone"! I can certainly vouch for the doctors above and if this last hip joint blows out, I will be right back to fetch Dr. Allusio!!

After finally getting to see Dr. Alusio, and him doing my total hip replacement, I AM BETTER! He is a wonderful doctor! I would highly recommend him to anyone needing hip or knee replacment!! Thanks to Dr. Alusio!!

Broke my arm in December. Appreciate Dr.Ortmann putting it back together. Been to 3 visits so far and haven't waited any longer than about 10 minutes to be seen. Awesome place. Strongly recommend. ✔️➕➕
