I ordered food for an office meeting. The food arrived 10 minutes late but I received a courtesy call, which I appreciated. Everything that was ordered arrived without error which was great because some of our orders were a bit complicated. The bags were even labeled as they were supposed to be. The delivery man was very apologetic and respectful when delivering the bags which was also nice.

Absolutely amazing delivery service. I ordered lunch for my girlfriend when she was sick. Its nice to know they support me being in the military and being stationed thousands of miles away. It's nice to know they are there to help. Definitely recommend them great customer service!

This is the first Jason's Deli I ever tried. That was several years ago, and I've been a fan of Jason's ever since. The food is great. I love the New York Yankee sandwich and the French Onion soup. One of the best things about Jason's is the complimentary soft serve ice cream available. This location, in particular, has the best people. They are friendly, helpful and eager to make sure guests enjoy their visit. If you're in the mood for deli food, stop by Jason's Deli. You won't be disappointed.

I spoke to 2 different "managers" at Jason's Deli on Great Hills Trail, and I am just not satisfied with the results. Let me lay this out for you.... I go to Jason's Deli because I am tires of fast food and I want something that tastes good---Of course they do charge a high premium for this. I never complained about the price because they are "USUALLY" better quality than the cheaper places to eat. So the incident in question: I called in a To Go order at about 15 or 20 minutes before they closed. Santa Fe Chicken and a cup of Broccoli Cheese Soup. No Drink, and it cost me $11. I don't mind paying for good sometimes. This was not one of those times. I live only a few minutes away, so when I got home my food was just as it would have been if I ate it there, only THE GUACAMOLE WAS BROWN AND DISGUSTING. I MEAN REPULSIVE!!! OBVIOUSLY BAD, NOT GOOD, AND COULD MAKE SOMEONE SICK. I lifter the bread to see if it was just on the edge and all of the guac in this sandwich was gross and like dark brown. I called the store immediately. I was not going to eat that. It will make people SICK. I was pretty upset, because This should NEVER EVER EVER be served to anyone at ANY TIME of day. Whoever constructed my sandwich must have looked at it and DECIDED to put it on my sandwich, and it's pretty hard to miss this NASTY GROOSS DARK BROWN Guacamole, so I can only assume the person looked at it, and said, "Screw it!---We close in 10 minutes and I don't feel like getting fresh guacamole for this guy---this nasty disease infested stuff is good enough!" That is how I feel because there is NO WAY you could look at that guacamole and feel it is fit to be served. So now, onto the first phone call....I talked to a nice guy "manager", who did a good job of fielding the call, and agreed with me wholeheartedly that under no circumstances should this guacamole (which has "turned") be served to anyone. He said he would talk to the person and blah blah blah. I'm sorry but this is not the first time a Jason's Deli "Food Preparer" has made me a crappy sandwich that absolutely no care has gone into, and here's what I say----I PAY A HIGH PREMIUM FOR THIS SUPPOSEDLY HIGH QUALITY FOOD, AND IF YOU CHARGE ME 6 OR 7 BUCKS FOR JUST A SANDWICH, THEN IT BETTER LOOK LIKE IT DOES ON THE MENU, OR AT LEAST BE CLOSE. Let's face it, Jason's Deli is NOT cheap, and I expect to get what I pay for. So now, like I said the manager on duty did a good job, tried to comp me, but really I'm not going there for a VERY VERY long time, if ever. This is just COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE and should have not happened in the first place. I told him that this needs more than just a slap on the wrist, and that this is a serious health concern and if people get sick then Jason's Deli gets sued. I told him I would like a call from another manager the next day because I want to know that this is being properly addressed. He said he would have a manager call me. Sadly, some less-than-qualified and underconcerned manager called me the next day, started talking about how their vendor has been having problems with the guac, etc---trying to pass the buck. THAT IS NOT THE REAL ISSUE AND I TOLD HIM THAT. THE ISSUE IS that I don't care where they got the guacamole, how long it has been sitting out, or anything like that, the bottom line is---if you see Guacamole that looks disgusting and unhealthy like that---YOU DONT SERVE IT. PERIOD. The vendor talk is neither here nor there. THEY SERVED DISGUSTINGLY UNHEALTHY GUACAMOLE TO A CUSTOMER---THAT IS THE BOTTOM LINE. I was almost over it---but after this lackee's phone call I felt like it was not being taken seriously so here I am. Maybe you should have the big boys make the important calls from now on. AND MAYBE YOU SHOULD HAVE A NICE LONG SIT-DOWN TALK WITH YOUR HELP, I DON'T CARE IF YOU HAVE TO USE COLOR PICTURES SO THEY WILL KNOW WHAT A SPOILED PRODUCT LOOKS LIKE OR NOT, BUT HEY---I'LL LET YOU FIGURE IT OUT.

As sandwich shops go, Jason's Deli is a cut above. The food is all fresh ingredients all made to order, and it's delicious. The sandwiches are piled very thick, so there's plenty of food to satisfy my appetite.

Yes, the food is good, but the attention they pay to details is abysmal. Today I ordered a California Club without tomatoes and avocado. The latter is really important because I have an allergy. So my sammich comes out, and guess what? Yep, it was infested with tomatoes and avocado. I saw the cashier ring it up without these items, so I know it was the fault of the kitchen line. Second time around they got their act together, but there were no sprouts. My friend told me Jason's no longer uses sprouts because they don't think FDA guidelines are sufficient to make sure sprouts are safe, or some crap. Fine, but they seriously need to update their menu to reflect this.

I can't really say this place impressed me much. It may have been the rude employees, but even the food was very lackluster. The soup was very bland, and my dinner was exceptionally mediocre.
