A great local bar with great food. Make sure you try to the Mulberry Street Ale. The owners are long time residents of the area and can fill you in on lots of local history and tales of Lil Italy. Well worth a trip to Little Italy in NYC especiallty on a hot summer afternoon.

Possibly the best pizza I had ever had! I asked who had the best pizza in Little Italy and was immediately directed to Mulberry Street Bar and clearly for good reason. It wasn't designed to be an upscale restaurant which is why I gave it a 2 for decor but it was a charming little restaurant/bar and the pizza was amazing.

Agree happy hour is sad. $4 PBR can and bud bud light draft? Weak.

It was awful. The food was terrible and their service was so bad. And they overcharged our bills 18% for their unpleasant service!!! I do not recommend it at all.

This classic and old bar has been around for 100 years! It has what you need including old black and white photos of the good old rat pack and a type of family photo of folks that have come and gone from there. I bet they cash in everyday with the tourists that hit up this joint! Lucky owner :)
