I have been a loyal customer of Fathers and Sons for over 20 years. I always am treated with respect and greeted with a smile. My most recent visit was no different. This is my first Audi and it was a great experience. Not at all like the typical high pressure sales operation. Derek is great -very knowledgeable. The dealership literally went the extra mile to make the process as easy as possible.

Father's and Sons was great !! They went above and beyond to get me into my "new to me" car as quickly as they could and did everything they could to get me a great deal. I had gone here after a horrible experience the day before at the dealership I got my last car at. When we walked in, we felt welcome and not money. Frank Marvici was great to work with, and I highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a car. He was honest and up front about the entire process, car etc. Made the process a lot easier to handle. I will definitely look to them when it comes time to get another vehicle, and will highly recommend them to anyone I know!!!!! Thanks Fathers & Sons!

Everyone at Fathers and Sons was very friendly and helpful. No stress in purchasing the vehicle. They made it an easy process. The woman (can't recall her name) who sat with me for about an hour to show me how my car operated with all the bells and whistles was great. I drove away feeling as if I had been driving that car for a while. Very comfortable with the controls and operation. This is my first Audi and I'm already in love with my allroad! Recommending them to everyone! It was definitely worth the extra drive.

I recently purchased a used BMW X5 at the Audi dealership. I was treated like I just bought a brand new car. I could not be happier with Damon and the Fathers and Sons team! Can't wait to buy my wife's next car in a few years from this great dealership.

Zero Stars - Check your Dipstick after each oil change! Had gotten 5k, 15k, and 25k maintenance done out of state, and each time the dipstick smeared clear yellow on tissue afterwards with metal shavings in the early 15k miles. Got 35k done at fathers and sons and the oil was dark and had a smell to it(never could smell much after previous oil changes prior to this maintenance) as if either not all the oil was drained, they forgot to change the oil filter, they blended synthetic with petroleum-based oil(I had always been getting synthetic prior to fathers and sons and wanted it to stay that way), or it was mixed with old motor oil. Never going back there again.

I received a return call immediately after submitting an Internet request. Made an appointment to meet the following day and described exactly the type of 2012 Audi A5 I was looking for. When I arrived, the car I wanted was there and we were able to come up with a deal that was fair for both of us including a fair trade-in allowance, in a very short amount of time. I drove the car away that day! The dealership did all the paperwork with my credit union and it was the most hassle-free car purchase I've made in my life. I would recommend Fathers & Sons Audi to all my family and friends! Top Notch!

I did lengthy research before buying a CPO VW CC (2010, Sport trim). I originally chose Fathers and Sons because of their price, and made the trip from Albany to Springfield specifically to test drive and purchase one car. I am very glad I made this trip. While I was prepared to put up with iffy customer service because I was getting such a great deal on the car, it turns out that I didn't have to worry about that. Tim was a fantastic salesperson to deal with, and was very knowledgeable about Volkswagens. I even asked him during the test drive whether the 2010 CC had the same electrical issues as the 2009 CC, and he was able to speak at length about the electrical malfunctions in some 2009 models, and how those problems had been resolved in later model years. I was very impressed! Tim and his coworkers did everything to make me feel welcome and pleased with my purchase. Plus, the car is amazing.
