I stayed in the hotel during the 2015 Phoenix Comicon and I had a great experience. My door had stopped reading my card due to a faulty battery in the card reader and I was nicely compensated for any inconvenience that it caused, even got myself a free dinner at the Networks grille in the hotel. Had a nice view of the city and mountains and it was conveniently located right across from the convention center. I arrived late Friday night to a nice clean, tidy and comfortable room. Would stay here again during my next visit to Phoenix.

One of the best places to stay while in Phoenix, AZ ! This place has a great staff, great rates, and Awesome Location! The rooms and Hallways are littered with Original works by some of the Hotels more famous guest. Including Andy Warhol. Also, Top floor is Super Model Central.

Best location if you need to be near the convention center, even a bit closer than the Sheraton. Nice bar/restaurant on the ground level and another one up high with a revolving platform. All servers were extremely accommodating and the food was good. Checkin was quick but the room, although huge, was just weird. The desk was too small and there were only one lounge chair and one desk chair so that one could not host a meeting. Positive: Vicinity to local restaurants and activities, refrigerator, good bathroom. Negative: incorrect soap products for the hardness of the water (left a film on the skin). Totally unacceptable: $5 for a small packet that was sent "to await for arrival" and was at their business center for one day, only ("outsourced business center"). $19 for parking.

Excellent prompt service. Sarah at the desk was excellent. We originally had a room with a balcony but those rooms only go to the seventh floor. She changed us to the 19th floor with no problem. Food at networks grill was delicious. View from the compass was fabulous. The menu at the compass could be expanded. More desserts. Ice cream, hot fudge sundaes, hot chocolate etc.

Thank you for taking the time to share your review! We are happy that our staff exceeded your expectations and that they were able to get the room type that you desired. I have shared your feedback regarding the Compass Menu with our Executive Chef so we can plan in advance any menu changes and additions. Thank you again, and we hope to welcome you back again soon!

The hotel itself is beautiful but I have never stayed somewhere where the hotel cleaning staff SLAMS the doors all day. I know the doors close by themselves for security reasons but surely they can be a little careful in holding the door so it doesn't rock the whole wall when they let it slam? It was really weird. Several of us are here for a conference, and all thought the same thing - are they intentionally slamming the doors? Strange. Not sure I can take that level of noise again.

Thank you so much for sharing your experience here. Outside noise can easily change a hotel stay from great to poor, and I’m so sorry that happened to you. It is wonderful to hear that you thought our hotel was beautiful, and we hope you can return for a more tranquil stay with us.

Excellent hotel with easy access to Downtown Phoenix. I stayed here when I took the bar exam in 2010 and the accommodations were excellent. The restaurant circling the valley is excellent on top.
