Another Dish "Healthy Chicken Alfredo"
Flavor God Seasoning to taste
Tofu Shirataki Fettuccine Noodles as prepared on the bag
Olive Oil
Walden Farms Alfredo Sauce Calorie Free
A bit of Parmesan Cheese

1. Sauté olive oil and garlic in a pan. Add veggies.
2. Cook Chicken in the pan and add seasoning of your choice (Flavor god I used
3. Prepare Tofu noodles as directions state and add once dry on the towel
4. Combine in the pan with chicken, seasoning, noodles, and veggies with alfredo sauce (Walden's farms can be purchased on or amazon)
5. Simmer for 3-5 mins
6. Enjoy
Cook Chicken in sliced pieces
