this article really hits the mark. "iPads for everyone!" isn't enough.

I have deleted my blog and I've been absent on twitter for a while. What does a social media junky do when the usually haunts don't feel right any more?

This is why I think YVR is the best airport. My kids love going to the airport to watch planes take off.

I loved this talk by Elan. I'd watch her speak any chance I get.

I'm making a last minute list of things to do, places to see while in NYC. Is there anything that I shouldn't miss? It's been about 17 years since I've been there, I can't wait to see how much it has changed!

I think that these are great tips for anyone that is traveling, with family or solo.
‘Not all those who wander are lost.’ ~J.R.R. Tolkien Post written by Leo Babauta. Traveling with a family is a completely different beast than traveling solo or as a couple — I’ve done both numerous times, and the two experiences don’t even seem related. Eva and I just got back from a 3-week trip through southern Europe with five of our kids. It was a wild adventure, going through six foreign cities on foot and by train, speaking broken bits of t...

I just spent all evening trying to find a vacation rental for a Christmas getaway. Deciphering rental ads is exhausting. I'm ready for my vacation now!

Introduction
Business Analyst in public service by day, mom of five year old boy/girl twins by night.

I'm interested in technology: iPhones, Macs, eDiscovery and Litigation Support, online gaming and web 2.0

I love to bake; the best part of being in the kitchen with my kids is watching them lick the beaters.

Now that my kids are a bit older I'm able to get back to enjoying reading (books with words, not just pictures!) and watching movies but finding that time is harder than I thought, the moment I sit down I fall asleep.
