Google announces experimental marketplace for patent owners to sell their patents. Google intends to facilitate patent sales for small patent owners who have experienced difficulty finding suitable purchasers of technology. Google hopes that this experimental marketplace will curb patent aggregation by non-practicing entities who then leverage patents to sue others. The experimental market will be open from May 8 until May 22. http://googlepublicpolicy.blogspot.com/2015/04/announcing-patent-purchase-promotion.html
