Matt Hebert: I went in to pick up my Lexus from the shop and was informed that they had a 2008 Silverado with 44K miles for sale, I went to take a look and when I stepped into the dealership it was like no other dealership I have ever stepped foot in. I was kindly greated by Michael Graves, I wasn't rushed by any salesmen. He gladly introduced me to Brandon Robinette and Howie Bentley, where they showed me the truck, I test drove it. When I returned to the dealership, I sat down with Mr. Robinette and we discussed the truck. I walked out of the dealership a money pit less and a newer, ecstatic truck owner. To this day, over 2 weeks later, I am still smiling in regards to my purchase.
Weichen Lee: The worst service ever. Ask you to pay $200 for taking seats out to check and another $100 for putting seats back. What I approved was to make an inspection, and they said it will take 2 hours and $200...where that additional $100 comes from?
