The worst pedicure I have ever gotten. My water was only tepid to begin with, even when I asked for her to turn the hot up. Left me soaking for almost an hour before anyone came to help me. Didn't cut my toenails or anything. Used the callus scraper for less than 10 seconds. Spent 1 minute massaging my shins (which hurt) and didn't massage my calves or feet. Took FOREVER painting my toenails, then left me sitting to dry a bit before doing topcoat...she started another pedi and forgot about me, so I had to get up and go ask her to do my topcoat. Oh...and did I mention I actually had an appointment? The lady who did my pedicure (if you could call it that) was older with red glasses and a brassy dye job...it seemed like others were having a slightly better experience.

Late, late, late, late, late, not to mention anything but thorough. The guys were nice; that's about all I have to say that's good about this company. I called for an estimate and they were supposed to be there by 6. When they hadn't showed up by 8 I called, and said someone would be out within the hour - at 9:30 PM they finally arrived, spent 5 minutes, and left us with an estimate. The next day, the guy showed up to do the work and found out we didn't have electricity in the cellar (something the guy who did the estimate should have noted) and had to call an electrician to give them power. The electrician knocked out power to half of our house, and I didn't notice until he was gone, and he didn't come back out until the next morning. It took 2 calls to Property Doctors to even reach the electrician. Eventually, our plumbers took over dealing with Property Doctors. The plumbers wanted to begin work at 9 am, so property docs said they'd be there by 7 to get the water out. They didn't arrive until 9:30, so the plumbers couldn't start until after noon. They were late a few other times as well. Oh, and our cellar still stinks. They completed the work a month ago, and we still haven't been billed. I called a week after they finished to ask for the bill, and they told me they'd have it by Monday. It's now 3 weeks after that, and still no bill, still told it's "under review." They told me yesterday they'd have it to me this morning - still haven't seen it.

I took my 2 year old in for her first haircut. Her hair was down to the middle of her back, and I asked for a bob...it took about 8 minutes, my daughter never cried, and her hair looks awesome. Great job!

The prices are outrageous, the wait time is always long, and the visits are useless. We have taken our cats there several times, never actually gotten a diagnosis for what was going on with them, and every time, we wait for an excess of 30 minutes to be seen. Once we are seen, the vets try to talk us in to services we don't need. The last time, we took them because they weren't eating much, and they convinced us to do so many things that it cost $200 per pet! All we REALLY needed to do was try a new food, but they talked us in to blood work, subcutaneous fluid injections, appetite stimulants, and stool testing. We said "no" to some of the other services they tried to offer. This seems to be the standard package - my friend took her cat in for a check-up and ended up spending nearly the same amount on blood work, stool sample, antidepressants for the cat, etc. AND the doctor was rude to her! Many thumbs down.
