I was in the market for several weeks, looking for the right 2012 Infiniti G37x, especially with low miles. I finally thought I found one at an Infiniti dealer with only 7100 miles and it was Certified Pre-owned (CPO). We really wanted a CPO vehicle because of the extended warranty protection. The price was a little higher than budgeted but my wife and I thought it might be worth the stretch. We planned to visit the Infiniti dealer to see the car in person, 50 miles away, one-way. Before that, we had given some thought, off and on, to looking at a used 2012 G37x that Kelly Nissan was advertising. Although it had 16,000 miles, it was priced less than the G37x we were looking at, the one with 7100 miles. Unfortunately, the Kelly Nissan G37x DID NOT have a CPO/extended warranty offered with the vehicle price. (This was somewhat of a drawback all along - the CPO gap muted our interest in Kelly's G37x vehicle.) I contacted Kelly Nissan's Internet Sales Manager, Vito DiPerte to discuss the car. Vito encouraged me to come out and take a look, touting the cherry condition of the G37x that they had. My wife and I decided to do our due diligence and view the car at Kelly Nissan in person before heading to the Infiniti dealer to test drive the G37x with 7100 miles, the car we thought we were likely going to purchase. Well safe to say, Vito saved us a long trip and some time. The car was as he described - cherry. Yet there was one major obstacle - no CPO warranty. Vito reached out to Steve Finnegan, Sales Manager who then crafted a solution together with Vito. They creatively and competitively priced in a service contract for their G37x - offering the same if not better extended warranty coverage than a CPO from Infiniti. Bingo, and I saved some cash over the other vehicle. To top it off, Vito had his car detail guy, Sal, detail the car inside and out before my wife and I came back to finalize the purchase of the vehicle. It's been a week now since we purchased from Kelly Nissan. It was a pleasure working with Vito and Steve, especially Vito since he managed the majority of the process. They were fair, sincere and trustworthy in our eyes. We're really happy with the deal!

I filled out an application online to purchase a new/used car. I was contacted by Marissa and explained to her that due to the recent/sudden death of my husband I was forced to file bankruptcy. I said my goal was to buy a newer car that perhaps had a warranty so that I didn't have to worry about anything while I was in the midst of my financial crisis. She said NO PROBLEM. We have a 100% approval rate. She asked me to pick out a car and she would work the numbers for me. I picked out 2012 Ford Focus with low miles and within my budget. I called her and she said she would have the finance manager get everything together. After about 10 minutes she called back and said they could approve me with $8,000 down on a car that is 12 years old. A Saturn. OR another car with $3,000 down and is approximately 10 years old with very high mileage. Really? Why do you lie? Why do you have me pick out a car that I know I can pay for only to put me in a beater that will more than likely break down within 6 months. Places like this prey on people down on their luck and kick them just to make themselves feel better. They should be ashamed of themeselves.

I had a great experience at Kelly Nissan. Tim Wilson was the sales representative that sold me a 2014 Nissan Versa. The process was easy, Tim was very helpful in making the best decision for purchasing my first car. I purchased a used car in Dec 2013. I have had numerous problems since having the car, all that the dealership said are not under my warranty that was sold to me. I have had to put over $500 of work into the car in less than three months and now have a new problem to get fixed. I have been told numerous times that "after market" additions to the car are not covered, but there were not "after market" to me, they were on the car when I purchased it. Now the heater does not work. When expressing my frustrations with the vehicle and warranty I was sold I was told, "What do you expect when you purchase a cheap 9 year old vehicle?" This is completely rude and unprofessional and I will NOT be giving this dealership any more business. And I do not consider an almost $10,000 vehicle a "cheap" car. Please do not purchase a car here and take your business elsewhere!

i had some bad experience ,it has been only 4 week i got my Nissan versa , had to put new muffler and my engine light on and my tail light has a problem . i call then they are going to fix it am still waiting , and these is a 12,000 dollar car . the sales lady lie to me.am going to take it in Monday if they fit it am turning it in .

CAME IN AND BOUGHT MY SECOND CAR. AS SOON AS I WALKED IN MY SALES PEERSON RICK GREETED ME AND REMEMBERED ME AND MY WIFE. I WAS REALLY IMPRESSED HE KNEW HOW I AM WHEN BUYING A CAR SO HE EXPLAINED EVERYTHING ABOUT THE 2013 ALTIMA THAT HAD CHANGED. WE FOUND THE CAR MY WIFE LIKED AND BOUGHT IT THAT SAME DAY. QUICK EASY PURCHASE IM A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE. THE WAY BUYING A CAR SHOULD BE. OH YEAH THE SERVICE DEPT IS GREAT TOO.
