Don't Gamble on Black Jack Air! They been billing me for for work that was not done, even after I contacted them about it and they said they would correct the issue. I contact the owner about an issue I was having with our air conditioning freezing up. They sent a person out to inspect the unit. When he was here it was running fine at the time so he never even checked the inside unit then he walked outside got the number off the outside unit and said it was working fine and left. He was not even here for 10 minutes and never even took any tools off his truck, never checked the unit, stated it was fine and gave me an estimate for a new unit. Within hours of his leaving the unit stopped working again and I called someone else to come out and they inspected the unit and stated the coils were rusted all the way through. I have picture of the rusted coils to prove it. We ended up having to replace the unit. Black Jack Air has been sending me bills for this every months ever since this occurred for $100. Their man did nothing but they are sending me bills for $100. I spoke with the owner and he said that yes they had issues with that employee and he would take care of it. That was 4 months ago and they still have not taken care of it. I have pictures and a estimate from the 2nd company that come out the next day following Black Jack Air, a testing to the fact that the unit was not working properly and needed repairs. BEWARE...

I have been a patient in this group for over 12 years, in the last 2 years the patient treatment and level of service is horrible. You can never get in to see you doctor. They do not return prescription refill quest and they basically just do not care at all. I have been misdiagnosed several times and when it was determined I had a tumor that was missed for over 18 months, Dr. Cocco acted like it was no big deal. This was once a nice practice and Dr. Cocco was a good doctor. Now it is all about well child check ups and they do not care at all for their patients that need help.

I really liked it here. They were having a cold snap when we got there and there were a few issues getting the heat working well but we got it resolved. As a whole it was a great place. Stephen was very nice and helpful during our stay. The kitchen is very sparsely equipped though. There were no baking pans or can opener and almost no dish soap. The oven cooked very hot, so almost everything we tried to bake got burned. Normally not a big deal but with the remote location there is no place close by to eat out you need to cook so it would have been nice if the kitchen was a little better equipped. For the money the place was a great value the money. The cabin was quaint and comfortable. There is a fireplace but you will need to find your own wood which is very easy to do. Vogel State park a few miles away sells bags of firewood, I would also recommend buying a few durafalme logs at Walmart. Helton Falls is down a winding road behind the area where the cabins are located, you will want to drive up to it then park your car. It is a bit of a hike to the falls but it is well worth it. There were a few little things but Stephen does his best to address everything for you. We will be going back and taking other family with us. The cabin we stayed in was very close to the road though, while traffic is fairly light you do hear road noise, but you basically trade that for a wonderful view of the mountains which you would not have if you set back farther from the road. All in all I loved the area it was beautiful. Helen was a fairly short drive and a fun places to visit as well as downtown Dahlonega.

I went to the 26th West, Peaches location for the first and last time today. I got there at 11:20 and the dinning room was almost empty, I signed in to be seated and it took 10 minutes just for someone to even check to see if people had signed in, and that was after 2 people already walked out. I finally seated and given no silverware, then I ordered a tuna melt sandwich, There was only tuna on half the sandwich. My waitress never came back, no drink refill and no check. I finally went to the counter to pay and when she asked how it was I told her. Instead of apologizing or offer me a discount she acted like I was lying and stated that their portion sizes had not changed. That had nothing to do with it, they did a bad job making my sandwich. So I paid almost $9 for less the half of a Tuna Sandwich and very poor service,,,,,

The first time they came out they chopped up a very rare potted palm with their weed eater. When I sent them pictures they denied it was caused by them. Very poor customer service.

overall very rude and unhelpful staff. walking around for 20 minutes looking for someone to help me and they were not even busy. finally found someone and she acted like she was doing me a favor just answer a question, on what they have in stock. mirror also way overpriced for what you're getting.
