Restore Motion and Restore Function
One of the main causes of pain and dis-ease is the misalignment and abnormal motion of the vertebrae in the spinal column. It is scientifically proven that you cannot be at 100% health without 100% function. You cannot be at 100% function without your brain and nervous system functioning properly. Many people are walking around with dysfunction of there nervous system in the form of subluxations and don't even know it. Many times because our bodies are so good at adapting and working around problems. #GetAdjusted

I came to Dr. Risley with on and off shoulder and rib pain that made the things I loved to do - run and boat - difficult and painful. His combination of chiropractic care and acupuncture really helped. Now I am mostly pain free and feel so much better! My runs are longer and I'm out on my boat every chance I get.
