Dear guest, Thank you very much that you took time to share your review and suggestions for improvement. Our special thanks applies to your understanding concerning the change of booking on site. On the other hand, we find it very unfortunate that you had the impression the other RAMADA Hotel was of lower quality, because it was definitely not. It has the 4 stars category, too, and is even much younger and more modern. Anyway, tastes are different. We are very glad, that overall you had a pleasant stay. We would appreciate it, if you would choose again one of our properties. In the meantime, we wish you all the best.
