No I don't use coupons and I think people who do seem to be the ones who always have a problem! My wife and friends have been going to Tony's for over 20 years, never have we had a bad meal, his veal dish is as good as any 5 star in Manhattan! We enjoy the way the meal is served maybe to slow for some, or maybe they think its MacDonald's, Hon! But if you want Real Great Italian food served the way it should be this is the place.! ,For those who need food now go get a heart stopping burger, and for sure don't go to Italy because they take the art of dining seriously.

Love everything about Ciao Bella. My favorite Italian restaurant. Food is amazing. Owner is hilarious and genuinely cares about the customer experience. I highly recommend them.

How is this place Zagat rated? First of all the owner Tony definitely had a few drinks in him,the service was EXTREMELY slow, waited about 40 minutes just for an appetizer then another 30 for our entrees.. No soup or salad was offered in between to help the void. The tortellini was bland and had no taste, asked the waiter for bread that never came. If your a couple looking for a nice night out I'd recommend to walk across the street to Amiccis. There only attentive to larger parties.

Never go there again. Look truth is if you want authentic Italian food this is not the place. Way over priced for food you can buy at the frozen isle in a supermarket . I am an experienced restaurant goer, not your big name, big chain restaurant eater. Normally, I don't give terrible reviews if I truly didn't feel strongly about the whole overall experience.

Last evening we visited this restaurant in Little Italy. I had seen some of the mixed previous reviews but my friend wanted to try it out. We arrived and were greeted by the non complimentary valet parking . For those of you who aren’t familiar with Little Italy parking is at a premium in the area. After entering we were greeted graciously and immediately seated having a reservation. .It did not take long for the waiter to come to the table . Service was good. The waiter was attentive but there seemed to be long periods between courses. We sat down at 6:30, ordered drinks and had appetizers. The main course arrived at 8 pm. We were not in a hurry but it was too long to wait. The Lamb meatball appetizer was very good with a hearty red sauce. The Caesar salad was also enjoyable as was the escargot. For mains we had the Seafood tetrazini which was heavy and bland. Think noodles Alfredo with shrimp and crab. One of our guests had the ravioli which was bland and tasteless. Chicken Marzala was the other entree and was over done in a heavy sauce. No dessert was ordered.

The food at Ciao Bella is absolutely excellent - authentic Italian, great flavors. I recommend the Veal Saltimbocca and the ravioli. The service was somewhat slow, but our waitress remained very attentive and informative. We will definitely return!

Service was OK. Food was average / poorat best. Asked for bread and was given a small section of a loaf of bread that must of come from a store. It was cut into 5 small slices ( there were 4 of us) and it was wrapped in a napkin! No basket. Never saw that before! Ordered clams casino and there were no clams!. It was all bread crumbs in a shell with small pieces of a clam in each of the 5 clams. I swear they cut up 1 of the 5 clams into mini pieces and mixed in bread crumbs and stuffed this mess into the clam shells. Lastly I ordered shrimp fra diavola. Nothing more than pre cooked pasta linguini topped with the sauce. It was a plate of reddish water. Nothing was mixed. I would expect in an Italian restaurant to have the sauce actually cooked with pasta in a pan to incorporate the 2 ingredients. I swear this is what the greek diner down the street from my home would have given me! Its just lazy and embarrasing that this is the way a restaurant in little would serve pasta. Terrible! Go elsewhere is my advice.
