Even worse here in sweden! Taxes just my tiny brewery paid out in 2014 (alcohol tax and employer contributions) were almost 40% of our sales. The consumer of course bears this PLUS 25% end user retail sales tax on the final price (which is high because the final price includes retailer margin of course).

Well that would work for me. I hardly ever go to a bar that doesn't have food. And if I do go, I only have one. Sweden just moved up on my vacation list!
