Choosing this year's picture book list was easy. My son will complete his student teaching this year. I decided to choose ten books his students would love --- and share the lessons they could teach him as he learns alongside his first group of students.

Finally. Here is my reflection for week 2 of #cyberPD: DIY Literacy Ch 3-4. This week I used Lucid Chart to try to think through ways to support student ownership in the process. (I already want to change the chart - but you'll get the idea.)
