Dislocated knee are probably the most painfullest injuries ever... except from that is a dislocated shoulder but that is another part of your body and another story... you knees are important they carry your weight so what are you going to do if you get one surely your knee will be too painful to carry you.. why not read this article from nuovahealth for more information http://nuovahealth.co.uk/dislocated-knee-injury

Okay so you didn't listen to the advise in the previous article I linked to and now you have got a fracture of the patellar well...... I got some more helpful advise.. If you are a runner you will want to avoid a pattellar fracture! Fractures to the patellar can cause serious pain and can be caused more easily than you may think through small shocks... see this little article for tips

So many lousy and rubbish knee supports around. You need to by the best ones possible for running else you run the risk of actually casuing more damage to your knee then good..
