Hot off the press review from Northlight Images' photographer +Keith Cooper http://bit.ly/2zc1yje of the Irix Firefly 15mm f/2.4 wide angle lens. More lens on the way for Keith to have a look at from this manufacturer, so watch this space.

Knowing what you're dealing with right from the start prevents problems down the line and can even help you decide wether you even want to take on a new client.

Despite - unlike a lot a UK photographers - clearly displaying our prices on our website, we still get a lot of very vague emails asking for prices. To make sure we can give a detailed quote, that both parties share the same expectations and that we can actually help the potential client achieve their goals, we've written a short blog article http://bit.ly/2C8vpsz that tells all enquirers what they need to tell us before we give them a quote AND gives them more information about what they can expect from us.

Northlight Images' photographer +Keith Cooper has produced a range of Black and White image adjustment presets for Macphun/Skylum Luminar image editing software: http://bit.ly/2zknarj

These are updated and refined versions of ones he created for Tonality Pro. If you have Tonality Pro, it works as a plugin for Luminar and you can still use the original presets.

The image here is of Southwell Minister, Nottinghamshire, UK.

Fujifilm Instax Share SP3 photo printer review

Hi everyone, I'm proud to bring you one of the first reviews of the brand new Fujifilm Instax Share SP3 printer! This is the first Fujifilm printer to use the latest Instax Square format, outputting cute little polaroid-style prints in seconds. It's entirely portable, running on a rechargeable battery and small enough to slip into a large pocket, and connects to your phone or Fuji X camera over Wifi. I filmed a video review for this one, showing all the features and comparing it to models like Canon's SELPHY CP1300, so head over to the link below to check it out!
