How do you like your marshmallows? Warmed up a little, with a nice golden brown coating or fried to a crisp?

Many campers wait until Memorial Day Weekend to unleash their inner camper but we have it on good authority that the veterans plan their getaways a few weeks earlier. Why? Because we're offering a FREE night to anyone who wants to Come Camp & Care with us on May 9th & 10th!

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Murrie Godfrey. Each and everyone of us here at Kingman KOA have a fond memory of Murrie. We respected him as our boss, admiring his integrity, wisdom, values and kindness. We cared deeply for him, appreciating his humor, friendship and compassion for all. He will be missed.

Easy driving distance to Route 66 attractions and dining. Very friendly and helpful staff. Most sites are shaded, but longer sites for big motorhomes are very narrow. Beautiful flowering shrubbery help block out neighborhood and road traffic. Hot tub was broken but pool was nice. They have 11 WiFi connections with decent speed. Only issue is one I have with many campgrounds - they lock down laundry at 9 p.m. with 7:30 p.m. deadline for starting last load, but at least that's better than some other places. Prefer campgrounds where laundry facilities are available at any time (I am camping because I want to see the tourist attractions during the day, so laundry needs to done at night). Clean, well-maintained gravel roads and sites, with full electric, water, and sewer hookups. We would definitely stay here again.

I loved my stay at the KOA it was very clean had the cutest rock faces around the park. I stayed in a suite they offer above the pool. I had a great view from the front window and was very impressed the accommodations! It was decorated with a modern cabin decor and was incredibly clean and nice. I must give attention to the awesome bed which seemed to alleviate my back pain! A marble vanity in the bathroom and a separate living room area made it perfect. It felt like a retreat tucked away at the KOA. I also enjoyed a smore night they had and was surprised how much fun it was. People from Germany and mix of everyone it was great. The pool was very nice not what I was expecting! Looking forward to a return trip.

Came in late one afternoon and rented a cabin. We were driving a 16 foot moving truck and pulling a pickup but they found us a place with plenty of parking next to the cabin which was clean and seemed well maintained. Staff was very nice. Would stop again if we were in the area.
