So fabulous it's beyond (if you can get in!). One of the great restaurants in New York and the world and very very expensive but worth every penny. It doesn't get any better than this! It is a shrine to foodies and food gastronomy worldwide. Service is impeccable the food is delicious and be prepared for a meal of a lifetime. I can't recommend one single thing as everything here is amazing. Be adventurous.

This is another one of my favorite date places. Nothing says true foodie better than Le Bernardin! I loved my food especially that t was my first time and took advice from the staff on what to eat. I recommend the Razor Clam WOW! like a punch in the face! I can't wait to go back for more!

I suppose it is difficult to have high end gourmet seafood. Most of the appetizers were above average but not spectacular, something you find at a higher end sushi restaurant. There were a lot of "jus" and "broth" dishes. It is a surprise that this is a 3 michelin star restaurant. The saving grace to the whole menu (which we had a Chef Tasting and the Le Bernadin Tasting) is the final surf and turf dish. The Kobe beef is spectacular, better than any steakhouse. The service is on par with many 3 michelin star but not better. At least the price was cheaper than most 3 michelin.

The most delicious food and the best service I've ever had. Every dish was exquisite, and the wine was paired perfectly.

The five star is for a combination of food, service, surprising availability for Christmas day at 6pm and just all around great experience. Price-wise, hmm, I mean it really depends on your expectations - I think people have built up our expectation of throwing at least $200 per person in this place so we weren't wide-eyed when we saw the bill. (Its another argument for how much ppl should pay for food, for another day) All the other reviews have covered how great the food was so not gonna elaborate too much here. The highlight was the cavier for the barely cooked. Not so much a fan of the halibut. Then onto dress code... it is classy it is semi-formal but please it's not the red carpet and it's really not that up-scale. Please leave your puffy white full length tiered nightgown at home...but if you like the attention and questioning look then the world is your oyster.

Elegant space for an amazing 5 star dining experience, perfect for celebrating a special occasion. As Chef Eric Ripert says, "The fish is the star of the plate." They have also updated the space with a fabulous lounge area, if you are looking for something a little more casual.
