Amazing place. We loved the bartender, and the delicious cocktails he prepared for us. The waiters and staff were so delightful, just like the food. The only dish I disliked was the the tuna paired with a piece of beef. The beef was salty, very fibrous, which made it hard to both cut and chew. Lastly it was a very fatty piece of meat to go with the delicate tuna. Of course I did not eat the meat and let the waiter know this, in case it would make a difference. Other than that, the entire experience was delightful.

Family celebrated our daughter's 50th. Party of 6. People from London, NYC & DC. Food excellent, Ordered variety of wein. Personally wanted to try several.. Service was so unobtrusive the guests were surprised to find the appropriate wine joining the various dishes without an idea how and when it got there without any interference to our conversation..Reminded me of a Broadway performance.

This was by far the worst experience we had. I made a reservation at least a month in advance to celebrate my wife's birthday. Couple of days prior, I get couple of missed calls from the restaurant that I did not recognize. They ended up cancelling our reservation an hour prior to our arrival. You ruined our evening. Horrible policy! Take a credit card as a guarantee at the time of the reservation instead!! Never coming and will never recommend again!!!

I have been in this restaurant several times to say the least and I found it beyond amazing. I personally feel right at home when I am there while I know I am in a high end restaurant. The service starts right at the door. Always welcomed with a smile and complete professionalism. The ambiance, the food and the service is excellent. I look forward dining there more often. Thank you all for really making me feel right at home. Carmelo Mazzaferro

Took my wife on our first anniversary. Had reservations, but ran late after seeing a show. Kitchen was about to close but maitre d' made the effort to get us seated and fed. Every dish was perfect. Service and attention to detail can't be beat.

Le Bernardin had some pretty good seafood. That's mostly the only part I knew about this restaurant. Just took a very long time for my food to arrive. Like longer then usual.

Had an early dinner here in April 2015. Food was excellent, service was spotty. Attention to detail was lacking for a restaurant of this caliber. My menu was left on the table until around the third course I had to ask a server to take it away. We had the tasting menu and it was delicious. The seafood fresh and the flavors well composed. Per se and Eleven Madison Park have a way of making diners feel special and welcomed with personalized menus which you can take home along with goodie bags of chocolate or granola. Le bernadin was lacking in that area. All in all a good meal but next time I think I will go the a la carte route.
