We are an authentic Churrascaria (Brazilian Steakhouse) from Rio Grande do Sul in southern Brazil which features superior service, unrivaled cuisine and a unique dining experience.

You will be pampered by our authentic Gaucho chefs who come to your tableside to carve a variety of succulent meats right off their skewers.  Our featured meats have been slow-roasted over an open flame and lightly seasoned to preserve the unique taste of each tender cut.

Adding to our unique dining experience, you will be treated to a sumptuous, gourmet market table featuring over 30 items including imported cheeses, cured meats, fresh vegetables and more.  We complement your meal with traditional Brazilian side dishes such as caramelized bananas, crispy polenta, seasoned mashed potatoes and our world-famous cheese bread (pao de queijo).

No meal is complete without trying a refreshing caipirinha, something from our award-winning wine list or one of our decadent desserts.

The service was great and the meats would have been perfect had the chef scaled back on the salt. I understand that a little salt is supposed to be used when grilling, but this was overkill. Each bite left me chasing it with a large sip of water. All you can eat steak is great, and the cuts of meat appeared to be high quality...but please don't ruin it with too much salt.

If you havent been to this Brazilian grill yet, you are in for a treat. 1. If you want the same experience but save some money - go for lunch, same food, eat just as much. 2. Go with a group of fellow meat eaters, makes a great office outing. Leave the vegans at the office. 3. Prepare yourself, skip breakfast, wear stretchy pants, plan on staying at least 3 hours. 4. Pace yourself, try everything that comes out on their spits/rotisseries. 5. Their salad bar is awesome, but skip it. This is a pilgrimage one makes in honor of grilled meats.. don't get lured into the salad bar.

The service was horrible, the servers would bump into the patrons without saying excuse me, the meats were mostly medium well, chicken was good. I've been to another Brazilian Restaurant where the service is excellent idk if I was spoiled by that but this place was terrible. Birthday dinner it wasn't intimate the lighting was bright tables were very basic bad service. Never again.

Oh my goodness, this place is absolutely amazing! My husband and I were in Inner Harbor for a small vacation and ate here Saturday night. The staff were all incredibly courteous and helpful as well and friendly. The food is phenomenal! The market table could be a meal all by itself. From the multiple vegetable dishes and the charcuterie and fresh cheeses, it is by far one of the best things there. But by no means should you not get the full churassco experience! Every piece of meat is delightful. The seasonings are subtle and they let the integrity of the meat speak for itself. For both my husband and I, our absolute favorite was the ribeye followed closely by the pork ribs and the lamb chops. For dessert, we got the papaya cream and the strawberry cream. And the drinks were delicious as well! By far, this was one of the best experiences we've ever had anywhere!

Maybe it was an off night but the service left something to be desired but I do want to start off with saying that the food was great as always. I have been to fogo de Chao multiple times, both for celebrations and just with a small group and everything has been usually pretty good. The staff is usually attentive and kind, but this night was very weird. We start off, me and my boyfriend getting there around 7:30, it was busy as they had multiple parties. No biggie. We waited about 30 minutes to be seated, when the girl said "a couple of minutes wait" that was fine. When we were finally seated, the young woman takes us to a table literally all the way back in the where they park your strollers, that's how far back it was. Once we got there, the table was only set for one person and it had no seats. We stood there not knowing what to do as the young lady went to poach two seats from a nearby table. We laughed it off assuming that it would get better but it didnt. We went to get our market place dining and came back to still not having anything set up for my boyfriends seat. My boyfriend had to actually flag someone down in order to get his seat set up properly so he could eat. We start dining, awkwardly trying not to have the waitstaff bump into us as they grabbed water and menus from the near by stand that was right next to our back of the restaurant table. We start eating and drinking water, which is actually important. During our wait I had, had a drink at the bar and it was very good, didn't get to finish it before our table was called so I brought it with me. As we are eating literally 5 different time we are asked if we would like to order from the wine selection or order another cocktail, we politely decline as we were ok with just water with our food. The thing is, as they continued to ask us if we would like to spend 10 to 15 dollars each on mixed drinks, we had to basically beg the waitstaff to stop and fill our water glasses multiple times. They were more than happy to ask us to spend more but couldn't even look to see that our water glasses were empty and ask if we would like more. That was honestly very annoying and grating on our neves. The food was very yummy but the waitstaff was not very good, we did have one young man with glasses who was very attentive in the beginning but I think he was stretched too thin on this night as he basically dissappeared as the night went on. When it was time to get our check, we declined on dessert, just asking for the check as the night had been so/so from the beginning. That itself was a wait as well. We honestly waited about 30 to 45 minutes for them to bring out our check. One young man could see us getting antsy and instead of taking the intitive to first apologize and go and see what was going on with the check, he decided to give us an excuse as to why it was taking so long and then apologize. As me and my boyfriend both work in customer service, we know that the customer does not care about why it is happening but care about what you are going to do to fix the problem. The excuses did not help at all, it just made us more irritated. Honestly, I would like to come again to give it another chance but if it's going to be like this again then i would rather not. I spent 125 dollars before tip at this place and the service was terrible!!! Like I am not sure what happened but it was comical how off it was. Like come one...for 50 bucks a person it should be on point and an experience. As this was my boyfriends first time there, it left a very bad taste in his mouth....he honestly does not want to come back again. I know this might not be seen but I hope it is as I hope it will be an urging to the staff to actually get it together on weekends. Just because it is busy, doesn't mean you can slack on your money is just as green as anyones.

Efficient and polite staff. All you can eat meats. The salad bar is an often overlooked gem. Come for lunch to save some money and only miss out on a few types of meat.

They have a lovely salad bar, and several hot sides as well. They bring you a few more sides to the table, and it's all you can eat. The meats are absolutely delicious, I can never get enough! I'm dreaming of when I can go back!

It's a Brazilian steakhouse what more is there to say. Top notch everything! Great ambiance! Delicious cuts of meet. The salad / antipasto bar could be a meal unto itself.
