I have over 25 years of experience in field and job site management. I have studied and received degrees the following disciplines, Architectural Design and Drawing, Botanical Sciences, and Business Administration. In addition to administering the Quality Control process at Aladay LLC,I also oversee the day to day operations, assists in negotiation research, develop policies and procedures to streamline service workloads and train new employees. I hold degrees from California Academy of Drafting, Western Nevada College, California Academy of Botanical Sciences. I also assist NAARPI with their continuing education and training program for the Property Preservation Industry(PPI). I have memberships in the following organizations The Arbor Day Foundation and Madison Avenue’s Who’s Who of Entrepreneurs in the USA and participates in the continuing education program with Architectural Record.

I also create many of the one-of-a-kind planters for Aladay Organic Farms (AOF) and oversee the organic growing and production of culinary, holistic herbs and exotic chilies. I also create and design the growing beds for the AOF and clients. You can find AOF at the local Dayton Nevada and Silver Springs Farmers Markets, or come to the farm for "harvested while you wait" products during the growing season.
