There were 10 of and had the family size pizza from Groupon. The service was very good, kept our drinks full and was helpful with answering questions. Enjoyed a cucumber salad and garlic knots as well. Definately will go back or recommend.

Used to be good but a change in management not too long ago seems to have shifted the kitchen culture and habits in a bad way. I used to come here for great homemade gluten free pizza. The last one I got was frozen. New manager told me that's just what they do now. Never going back.

The food is OK. The server was friendly and I asked questions about the build your own medium pizza, it was labeled at around $14 so I asked how many toppings before I started getting charged more, and she made it seem that veggies didn't matter. I got two and my bill was $65... for $65 the food should've been better and bigger. I recommend if you go there, ask clear questions and get clear answers.

Nice decor and clean. But house salad had freezer rot and was bitter. The pizza sauce had too much sugar which overpowered the flavor. The gluten free crust was not cooked all the way. This type of crust takes longer to cook. Plus, the brick-oven pizza we ordered had 2" of excess crust with no toppings along the outer edge, 1" is ok for NYC style not 2+ inches. Way too over-priced for the quality of food. We won't dine here again.

Food is good. Service is terrible with waitstaff adding charges and substituting more expensive items for items you ordered, example: bringing a medium pizza instead of the kids pizza we ordered with a $14 rather than $4 dollar tab or charging for a full salad rather than a side salad. I am not one to argue about bills, so we don't eat here anymore. As others have noted, a pick up order routinely takes an hour or more even though you are quoted 15 minutes. Last thing, don't go in summer; it's very warm (84+) inside.

Have really gone down hill from what they used to be.. went in the other week got told my pizza would be done in 15.. asked about my pizza at a 20 minute mark and noticed them barely putting it in. After its done they give it to me UNCUT!! OH not to mention the COLD BREAD they gave me after forgetting it in the first place! HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT.. RAN BY A BUNCH OF KIDS..WILL NOT GO BACK.

I would give negative stars if possible. My boyfriend and I went to Russo's for our anniversary. It was a Sunday evening. We arrived at 7:30 pm. We were sat immediately. There was a decent crowd, but open tables were available throughout the restaurant. We waited 10 minutes for our drinks. The hostess, who's name I did not catch, came and took our drink and food order. The server, Jordan J, was quick to pick up the slack afterwards. We ordered a soup, and later ordered a salad. Both were comped due to the drink order taking so long. We ordered our pizzas 7:45 pm, and did not receive the first one until 8:40 pm. The second pizza came out at 9:00 pm. I could tell Jordan was checking on the pizzas consistently for us, however the food still took over one hour. When we asked to speak to the manager, David Martinez (name on manager's card) came to our table. We presented our grievances in a calm and clear fashion. We commended the hostess and Jordan, but still complained about our pizza. He stated that he would take 50% off the meal, until he found out we were paying with a groupon. After that fact was brought to his attention, he states that he would give us a "managers card" to have one free pizza on him at a later date stating that the "groupon would cover it". However, after the groupon we still had a balance of $19.75. He stated that there was a glitch in the timing system, and he was not alerted. He stated that there was "no excuse, because the restaurant is not busy". After this was accepted, the table next to us had a similar issue of there food taking a long period of time. He reported something completely different stating that the restaurant "was busy" and staff "got behind." He then comped their entire meal after the gentleman at the table presented his case, clearly angry. We asked to speak to the same manager again. We stated that we felt this treatment was unfair as we still had a tab, and we had waited longer to receive our food as they sat down after us. He then proceeded to justify giving us less, because the other table had multiple problems, where as our food was "just late". He continued to argue and justify lesser treatment and level of service for us. We were there 30 minutes after they closed. I still do not think he understood the problem. Where it came to a head was when he asked my boyfriend to "bet on the table", and requested a server bring him the ticket of the other table, This is no way for management/ownership to behave. I should know as I managed a restaurant. At that point, I stood up requested my ticket and that this madness come to an end as I am not going to bet on another person's problems. He stated that staff was not to accept my payment, which is what he should of done about 30 minutes prior to this. We tried to tip our server directly, however he was no where to be found. I will not be returning. The manager/owner of this business is smug, arrogant, argumentative, and a downright jerk.
