Great concept! Enjoyed the Mean Green veggie burger with grilled onions and cheese. My wife had a salad. Very fresh. Everything was great. Waiter checked back often for free refills on drinks. Young staff with very positive, upbeat attitude. Amazing flavored ketchups. Nicely done.

The burgers were good, but the wait was way too long for the food to be served. Well over a 30 minute wait and the restaurant was only moderately busy. The ketchup bar is a great concept, but many of the different varieties were either missing or out all together. Customer service does not seem to be a priority of Deep Fork Group's. Had similarly bad customer service at Home Run Slider's sister restaurant, Deep Fork Grill. One bright note however, we were offered $10 off our next visit for the extended wait.

We've been here a couple of times and it's pretty inconsistent. Thr first time we went we tried it out with a groupon, it was awesome, we were sure we would be instant regulars! Since then, we have been 4-5 times, there is always something different every time we go. Prices are higher, then lower, then higher again. The burgers themselves have always been delicious, but the toppings vary greatly. I tried "The Ump" the first time and it had two generous pieces of bacon (one of the only 2 toppings) that was crispy, carmalized, and PERFECT. Since then, it's sometimes been tiny, underseasoned, a couple of times I even have had to lift up my bun to find any bacon at all. The sides are also inconsistent. Thr first time we went, my husband and I each ordered a side with our burgers. There was a TON of food, so the next time, we just ordered burgers and planned to split one generous order of fries. Problem was, when we got our food there weren't very many fries at all, I would say a third of what we were served with EACH meal the first time. The food was good, but we left still hungry. Other than that, it's just confusing. The menu isn't very easy to read unless you're standing at the register, so you can't use your time in line to decide what you want. The menu's pricing and combos that are available are constantly changing also, so you cannot just order the same way that you did last time. Find what works, Home Run Sliders, and keep it that way. We want to go back to the same restaurant we walked into the first time and fell in love with!

Will not be back. The place was absolutely disgustingly unclean. I never take time to write reviews but was so disappointed I felt it was warranted. My kids liked their food ok, but I had hard time enjoying it just looking around at how unclean everything was. It looked like the soda & ketchup areas had not been touched by cleaning supplies in weeks. There was a trashcan by the soda fountain that was beyond disgusting. The so called ketchup bar had almost no ketchup in it. The floors looked they hadn't been cleaned in days either. Cool concept. Terribly executed!

My husband and I have been eating here since it opened, and were regulars for quite a while. We went back for the first time in a couple of months this weekend, and were not happy with the changes. What used to be a $16 meal for BOTH of us now costs $30. The place was not very busy when we went in (around 1:30 p.m.) but it took 45 minutes for us to get our order. The food is still good, but it's inconsistent with what I was used to from Home Run Sliders. The switch to a sit-down service restaurant doesn't fit very well with the place, and the higher prices and lower service make it not wort it for us anymore. Unfortunately, we won't be back.

Good burgers, and a bargain if you go at happy hour. The mac & cheese is tasty. They have a nice variety of burger toppings available. My only beef: they keep changing prices and promotions.

We were excited to try this place out. Very nice concept, and a unique ketchup bar with something like 15 different ketchups. However, the food was good. Everything was waay over cooked! Fries, burgers, bacon on the burger. I took a pic but don't see where I can post it. The bacon on my slider was completely black! I don't think we will give it another shot.

Great food! I have been eating here since it opened, and the food was good to begin with, but since they got new owners, the food quality and customer service has sky rocketed. One of my favorite places for a hamburger. I just tries their onion rings last week for the first time, and they were great. I would definitly recommend eating here!
