My daughter drew the background for the latest photo on my blog - she's nearly seven and is a total creative diamond :-)

So what is the most important job in your business and how do you get good at it?

I reckon relationship building tops the list - and here are my three top tips for making it happen (using words of course).

Enjoy, and please tell me what you think…

Writer's block gets to the best of us - even professional writers!

I've been suffering from a bout of it recently and it's inspired my latest blog post. I've even created a downloadable poster to go with it.

Writer's block is no laughing matter - in fact it's a business killer. Lots of great ideas never make it into print because we get stopped. So imagine, what could happen if you were able to overcome it? What marketing collateral would you create? What sales letters and emails would you write? What relationships would you build?

I'd love to know your thoughts.

And in the meantime - happy writing :-)

How many times do customers need to hear from you before they'll buy? Actually, quite a lot. In this post you'll discover advice that dates back over 120 years. And guess what... it's still relevant today! So the message is don't give up - instead follow up.

How could you apply this in your marketing? I'd love to hear your thoughts.
