It was great to hear her voice again. I had no idea all that family was buried out there.

The martial arts community suffered a great loss today as the passing of Soke Takayoshi Nagamine was announced by the World Matsubayashi Karate Association. Many of us have had the distinct pleasure of training and attending seminars with Soke Nagamine. Our hearts go out to family, friends and the Matsubayashi family.

Congratulations MegaCon. 2016, best yet with many more to come! With FanExpo acquiring MegaCon, I was worried that this year would be less exciting and past years growing pains revisited. The moment guests began to be announced, the more excited and timid I became. While many things improved over past years (wider isles, activities not limited to one floor, both allowing folks to move more freely), there are a few kinks that I am confident will be overcome next year. I'm looking forward to next year as well as the addition of Tampa. Kudos!

While the staff was helpful and nice, the room quality and lobby is much nicer at the Marriott Marquis across the street.

Virginia Martial Arts Center is where I began my martial arts journey many years ago. I am forever grateful for the strong roots and inspiration that Hanshi Myers, Sensei Osumi, Sensei Click and Sensei Hammond instilled. While no longer living in the area, I continue my martial arts path forward with the lessons learned at VMAC deeply rooted.

It's the 9/11 Memorial and should never be less than 5 stars.

Great views anytime of the day but you are able to take in much more of the city at night. In the same area, you can grab a bite to eat or just enjoy Rockefeller Center.

Trust is the key word. Mr & Mrs Doctor Mohit & staff have always treated our pets as if they were their own. Many veterinarians will send you home with expensive drugs or unnecessary tests but not Four Corners Animal Hospital. Doctor Mohit makes sure that you fully understand treatment options and gives a through exam. I have recommended several people to Four Corners Animal Hospital for both veterinarian services as well as boarding.
