It's the owner not the breed. Pit Bulls are part of the Terrier family and can be the most gentle and sweetest dog around. Unfortunately, horrible people have gotten a hold of this beautiful breed along with the Staffordshire Bull Terrier and Rottweilers and have trained them to be vicious.
