Is it already time for a new entry?
Due to the problems that had prevented Trulli Formula E team to compete in the first two rounds of Season 2 (China and Malaysia), one possibility is that all the hardware is taken over by someone else as confirmed by series boss, Alejandro Agag, to "Motorsport.com" when asked to foresee the future of the Swiss racing squad: "We are working with Trulli. We will obviously have a common position. There is a lot of appetite for teams, so to find a replacement is not difficult. But we have to find the best possible".
The team by David Brabham has recently admitted an interest in the fully-electric championship by FIA, while Jaguar-option is perhaps at the moment too far to come true.

Tough start in Season 2 for the Trulli Formula E team
Even if "everyone in the team has been working incredibly hard", as stated by Team Principal Lucio Cavuto, the Swiss racing squad will miss even the second round in Malaysia. The problems are the same experienced in Beijing.

David Brabham: "I am very interested in Formula E series"
While to "Motorsport.com" his nephew Matthew states that his focus is IndyCar and that at the moment there is no involvement in the fully-electric championship on the horizon ("If Indy doesn’t come off, then obviously we’ll have to start looking at other stuff and take any opportunity that we can. But I’m pretty confident"), on the same website David clears: "The interest in Formula E from our side is high and we would like to be involved in the medium and long term, but in the short-term we need to get established first. We definitely got an eye on it."
David Brabham could purchase one of the current teams by the end of the end of the season relying on the support by Lord Paul Drayson.  "I know him quite well - adds the youngest son of former three-time F1 champion Jack Brabham -, and I talked to him closely a few years ago prior to the Formula E championship starting. We discussed something and had a potential investor, but ultimately it didn't come together. Things happen quickly in racing, so who knows what opportunities might arise."

Jaime Alguersuari: "Do something I love? That is not cars"
The Spanish racing driver, who last year drove for former Virgin Racing team, stated to the newspaper "El Confidencial" that "it is time for a change. I have decided to stop. Something tells me it's time to take another road because I think I have fallen out of love with this bride (Alguersuari means motor racing) who has been with me all of my life. F1 was an important part of it and afterwards I tested tires and cars, I tried to be a commentator and I didn't like it.I think it's time to wake up in the morning and do something I love, and that is not cars."
Alguersuari, who had experienced a fainting episode after the Moscow ePrix and therefore had his driving license suspended, added about the medical tests he had undergone that "recently we learned the results and I'm fine with no illness". Nevertheless he decided to retire from races at the age of 25. " I will make music - he revealed (Alguersuari is already known as DJ Squire and with this stage name in 2011 he released an album) -. The fainting is a factor but not the only one. I have many people around me who do not understand my decision, but I want to live honestly, and that is not how I have felt in motorsport. I do not want more money, I want to live the truth."
