I've been to London many, many times, and I don’t know why I’ve never been to The Royal College of Physicians in Regents Park before. What a wonderful place. So much history, and the gardens are full of medicinal plants and flowers.

The Independent reported yesterday that younger women in the UK are fatter than anywhere else in western Europe. With the obesity epidemic on the rise, we need to be aware of what lifestyle changes or choices we make to stay healthy, lean, and active.

A few tips from us:

Eat smaller meals

Cut out refined sugars and processed packaged foods

Eat fruits and lots of green vegetables

Chew your food well

Reduce your alcohol consumption by half

Don’t eat after 8pm

A brisk walk or jog 3 times a week, for 30 minutes. Choose an exercise or sport that you enjoy, and remember that the main focus is to keep moving.
