Last year I grew pumpkin, cantaloupe, green beans, tomatoes, and cucumber on 10ft x 5ft trellises using Mel Bartholomew's design from Square Foot Gardening. It is super simple and cheap: Use 1/2 inch electrical conduit for the sides and top (with elbows at the corners), tie on trellis netting (http://smile.amazon.com/dp/B000BZ8FXS), stick two 4ft pieces of 1/2 inch rebar 2ft (or as far as you can go into the ground/raised bed), and then place the electrical conduit on the rebar. I think I got enough material to make 6 10ft x 5ft trellises for about $75.
