Additionally I have since tried my luck at getting an associate or shared space or IC position to no avail (yet).
So here is the question, I have the opportunity to start in a 200 sq ft space. Do I take that small space (and negotiate a short term lease) and grow out of it or do I continue looking for a shared space or associateship?
