Basic Information
Have had a great experience there previously and recently returned my sailboat there after moving it back from the Midwest. The marina has a private gated access, a pool, Jacuzzi, grilling and kitchen facilities, work out room, laundry rooms and very clean bathrooms/showers makes this marina essentially a resort for boaters. It's location near the airport as well as some of the best restaurants in San Diego make it ideal for those coming in for a visit to their boat. The provision of brokerages for sailboats and powerboats, and access to subcontractors, makes this marina a boaters paradise for getting things done as well.

Went on a World Cup championship night. Waitress was wonderful, but bartender spilled my jack & Coke on my daughter. No harm done, but not the best way to start the evening. Wife and same daughter had the chicken with salad. Looked great but dressing was Creme fresch with little taste. Other daughter and son each had the sea bass with fennel & leeks. Fish was great but fennel was tasteless and avoided. We're not picky eaters either. Just needs some taste. Jazz it up throw in some herbs to make it pop! I had beef pot pie which was fine. All dishes looked great and exhibited sophisticated comfort food qualities. Atmosphere would have been excellent if crowded, which it wasn't due to the soccer match not being televised. That was fine by us. But a few patrons would have been nice. Waitress was wonderful and did a great job given the circumstances I think another try would have produced better results. Chalk it up to a bad night. I would go back, but we live in the states, not enough time.
