EM drive produces 1/50th the thrust that ion propulsion produces, but it allows a large reduction in spacecraft weight. I hope physicists can come up with an understandable explanation of how it works.

How can I stop this distracting, daily notification from Microsoft? It has popped up on my desktop one or two times per day for over a couple of months, it seems. They don't give you the option of saying, "No."

From Google searches, it appears that Microsoft has done this several times over the last few years. Unfortunately, all the hits are outdated, and Microsoft has hidden its methods better this time.

After failing to find where the popup comes from in my Windows 10 processes, files, or registry, I'm ready to click on "Not just no, but Hill no."

Question for Software Coders

How do you arrange routines and methods on your screen to keep track of everything? I'm re-learning programming. starting with Java, and writing some practical programs that are a lot more complex than textbook exercises. My books teach languages but don't explain HOW to program.

A simple program can be contained in a single document, but as I add routines or methods, I lose track of variable names and what's going on where and spend to much time searching and scrolling. By the time I find the subroutine or method I'm looking for, I forget why I went there.

Using different tabs in Excel separated pieces of the program nicely and enabled using formatting and extra comments, but coordinating remained a problem.

I'm going to try keeping the pieces in separate Text files and opening them in Notepad so I can view pieces side-by-side. But I bet somebody knows a better way.
