There was absolutely nothing listed on the website when we booked or even on the booking confirmation email if we could bring food in so we figured it would be okay. Well randomly one hour before our party we got a text saying it would be $40 extra to bring in food, which is ridiculous. It should not cost extra to bring in your own food, and if you're going to at least tell people. I'm super glad I got that text even though it was meant for someone else, it turns out I would have bought food then had it go to waste. It's disappointing you're forced to eat the crappy pizza or pay $40 extra. I also wanted to mention it took 30 minutes to get soda and game gift cards while my guests waited around. There were multiple times my child couldn't ride the rides because there were no employees to run them. I honestly wanted to cancel the reservation after I got that text and had to call and speak with some snotty kid named Robert. I had no choice but to keep my reservation. However, I won't ever book a party here again, I'll look else where. Games were overpriced and difficult to win. It's very very disappointing.

My review is probably a bit outdated, but I used to go here as a child a lot and have very, very fond memories of the place. I loved the rides (which may or may not be the same anymore), there was a Twister type ride, a dragon roller coaster, cars etc. I had one of my favourite birthday parties here as a kid. I also ended up with enough tickets to win a goldfish who lived for about 5 years. (Which is good for a goldfish if you don't know how to take care of them properly). I am very excited to get the chance to take my kids here when they are older! *** I realized I may be mixing up part of these memories with those from the old Fun Dome...

My kids had an absolute blast at this place. Will definitely go back. Great place for kids of all ages (my son at the time just turned 3) and the price is very affordable. If i had to five one thing that needs improvement it would be their arcade type games. Many of them either didnt work or didnt work properly.

Thank you! We're working on replacing some of the older games! New bumper cars should arrive next month.

10$ for unlimited rides is good... My only problem with this place is: the employees look like they are the walking dead... You can tell the don't give a crap to be there. I had one employee smile the entire time we were there. They have 1 operator for 2-3 rides. So you have to wait for them to finish one ride to come operate another. On a Saturday afternoon you would think they would have 1 operator per ride. I get this is probably a 8$ an hour job, but pretend you like your job. And about 6/20 games were out of order... Not a deal breaker but not cool. New management needs to understand the people aspect of the job not just the $$

I am very disappointed with Jungle Jims. The toddler area is dirty and unmonitored and there are no employees observing what happens there. Multiple times older kids came over and took toys from the younger kids and I was the only one to try and stop them or interfere. When I tried to get help, the employees made it clear that they did not care. The younger kids need a safe clean place to play that isn't ruined by the older kids and while they promise this, they do not provide this by any means. The employees don't care and it's a mess. I won't be going back.

Great communication with the owners. Was well taken care of and my kids had fun. Pizza was pretty good and i like the cards they use for the games, no more having to figure out where to put the tickets. Owners are really trying to update and get things working properly. The owners also care about their customers and want you to have a good time. A lot of people talk about the staff being young, but this is exactly the type of place you start your work experience, so yeah, they are probably about 16 or 17, but it's a good job for that age. We will be back for sure!

Better than Chuck-e-cheese, but a little run down, but for a kid, they really don't care, so it's great for birthday parties. I especially love the little blocked off area for the piñata.
