juhi vashist: there are numerous reviews saying that the zoomcar service is horrible. they have a habit of cancelling car reservations at nick of time. also, the condition of the cars is pathetic. kindly let me know as to how far is all this true???

Changed my Location of Pickup from the location i chose after booking that was 20 Kms away from the pickup point (Noida to GK) without informing , charged 50% for cancellation

shailesh kocharekar: I booked zoom car and made all the payments to them added my driving license, reached the pickup point on time, still didn't get the car as there are soo many back-end problems from zoom.

The customer care number does not work and the person I spoke to with on the phone from fleet manager Dinesh Raut from kandivali Mira cinema was extremely rude and didn't help me at all, twice he cut the phone on me......

Zoom car AC says my booking is not done because my payment is not done, but I have a payment done and received mail from zoom(citrus pay), as well as my bank statement to back it..... And I have received a booking confirmation mail from zoom Cars too.....
After all this waiting at the car pickup point for more then 2 he's I didn't get the car and now zoom Cars is not repay me my deposit money + car hire charges too....
I have filled a complent with consumer care and waiting for a replay from zoom car....
Pls don't book zoom Cars.... My humble request.....

Ishu Agarwal: Hi, I am really disappointed with the service that I got from your side yesterday. I've booked a car that was supposed to be delivered to me at 10:00 P.M. You delivered the same to me at around 11:14 P.M. Which was more than 1 hour of delay. Also after discussing with customer care department they said that they will be extending the trip by 6:30 A.M next day. Today when I reached the venue at 6:18 A.M. and started the process even then your system is displaying that I've returned the car late and you people charged a late fee of 400/- from my account. I believe either your system is not working properly or this is the way you loot your customers. I want my money back ASAP. Also this is really disappointing.
