Due to an injury, I haven't been able to work out. I was afraid that I would have a slow down in weight loss. I stuck to my program though, and I had my best week since week 12! Down 5.3 pounds and closing in on 25%.

This week makes 6 months since I took on my wellness journey and this week was an excellent one (well except for my back.) I have learned many things about myself in the last 6 months, but I have also learned I have some great friends out there. Thanks for all the encouragement! I love hearing the stories from you of your own journeys and accomplishments as well.

I lost 4.4 pounds this week for a total of 77.6 pounds in 6 months. Well on my way to my goals

Last week was a big turn-around from the previous two weeks. Getting my NingXia Red and Slique Essence daily helped me to lose 3.3 pounds last week!

This week was a bit of a disappointment, but I continue to learn and find new tools to help me on my journey. This week I explore how the Apple Watch can help me gather more data while I exercise.

This week I only lost .2 pounds, but after last week's big 3.8 pound loss I was excited to see that I maintained my progress. I also got a new toy - this 24" plyometric box.

Down another 3.8 pounds this week. The only thing I have completely removed from my diet is soda, but I do try to make good choices among the foods I want. Intermittent Fasting and apps to track everything really helps...
