Great chef here! Excellent food. Bold, rich, and balanced. The Portuguese flavor palette is unusual here in the states, and quite delightful!

We usually don't repeat restaurants on short trips, but we had to go to LaSallete twice in a weekend trip to Sonoma. The food is amazing and the service is super friendly. I know a bit about Portuguese and Brazilian food, and this place is legit :-)

I like to sit at the bar and watch the dishes come in and out of the wood fired oven. Great Portuguese wines. Solid dishes, although the menu rarely changes. Good local spot. Great soup for staying warm during the cold months.

Cute restaurant tucked away in Sonoma square. I had a great time trying all sorts of different items on their menu, but I definitely want to come back to try the rest! I loved starting with the little tasting bites where you can choose 3, 5, or 7 items, great for those who are a bit more adventurous with food. The spicy pig ears and the sardine pate were delightful. I also had their version of paella, which included mussels, scallops, clams, chicken, and linguisa. This had great flavors and was super comforting. I liked how their menu differed from most restaurants… a great find indeed!

The wait staff was great. However we found the food to be mediocre at best. Mussels were very water logged and not firm. Lacked taste. Entrees were not good. Sorry we wanted to like this place. Steak I could have made better with a select cut from any grocery store. Very tough and no flavor. Wife ordered seafood stew and it was not very good.

The sea bass was super tasty. The chocolate fetish was a great dessert as well.

This family owned restaurant is a hidden gem! Tucked away in a little cozy corner, this place is beautiful spot for a romantic lunch or dinner. The food was top quality and was above the charts from taste to presentation. The service from the staff and owners was lovely. If you are anywhere near Sonoma, it's a must stop.
