My crispy & soft fondant salad potatoes in a rich butter glaze. Wish we had smellovision everyone because it smells amazing in my kitchen right now! 😋
I can smell them and taste them. I had some yesterday. When I boil salad potatoes I do enough to leave some in the fridge for the next day then I fry them in part butter, part olive oil and a sprinkle of salt. Definitely tasty.
