Wishing you the blessings of health and happiness this Thanksgiving.

Thanksgiving is an observance of harvest and harmony and today we celebrate this holiday by expressing gratitude for all of the blessings in our lives.

Today, I want to express my gratitude to you. I cherish each and every person in my life and appreciate the value you bring to your friends, family and community.

In the US we set aside a special day to give thanks. But what if you chose to be joyful and appreciative of what you have in your life more often?

I encourage you to identify 3 things each day that you are grateful for. A good time to do this is first thing in the morning which will then set the tone for the remainder of the day. Write them down in a small notebook before you get out of bed. Do this for the next week. If you miss some days that’s okay. The more you think about what you are grateful for, the more times you will remember to do this simple task. Then continue the process through the remainder of the year and into 2018.

When you are grateful for what you already have, you will attract more for which you can be grateful and you will be amazed at the changes you will experience and what “magically” appears in your life.
