The day after Christmas I purchased 2 hats from your liquid force store. I received a confirmation from paypal for the purchase, but never from the actual site. I thought that perhaps you were getting overloaded and that my confirmation email was just delayed especially since it was the day after Christmas. The following two days were the weekend, so when I did not receive a confirmation by Monday, I sent an email to customer service regarding my order. It took them 24 hrs to respond, which is reasonable and they stated that they sent an email (which I never received) regarding my order that one of the hats that I had purchased was not in stock in the size I wanted. After looking at the other size, I sent an email back stating that as long as I could receive the shipment before the weekend I would be okay with receiving the other size otherwise to please cancel my order. Customer service answered saying that they would be sending shipment via 3 day shipping (which I had originally paid for when I had placed my order) and gave me the tracking number. I emailed back the same day (this is Tuesday the 30th) and asked if the shipment would make it before the weekend. Not getting a response, I checked the tracking number later in the evening and it stated that arrival was expected on Jan 6. I immediately emailed customer service to cancel my order and that I had specified that I wanted to receive the shipment BEFORE the weekend. Customer service emailed me back the following day (Wed the 31 which is when I should have originally received my order had they not made a goof in the amount of stock in the first place) and they stated that they had rerouted the package that they had originally sent and had another package ready to ship that I would receive by the weekend. At this moment I was angry. I had to send another email asking if by the weekend they meant on Saturday or Friday. That if it would be Friday, that would be fine, but after Friday, just forget it because I wanted to receive shipment BEFORE the weekend. As an answer to my question I guess, I received a refund email from paypal.... Worst customer service ever. First off never contacting me about the issue with stock. I don't believe you sent me the email that you said you did. Second, you should have sent it next day shipping with the mistake you made with the FIRST shipment. Third, you should have just cancelled the order when I asked you to if you did not want to send it next day. Instead you wasted my time and in wasting my time I was unable to find product elsewhere in order to get shipment for when I wanted it. If finding out WHY I needed the shipment before the weekend is so important. Here's why. My youngest son found a couple of gifts from Santa and I was planning on replacing those gifts with the hats. My kids were at their father's for the week and would be returning on Friday evening. So getting shipment AFTER the weekend would have not made sense. So THANKS. WORST customer service EVER. Never will be shopping with you again and I plan and finding every place I can post this for your customers to see so they know what they are dealing with.

Buyer beware! Their so called "free shipping" is not free. I ordered stuff worth over $600.00. A vest I ordered must have been a kid's size cause the Large fits more like Small. I tried to exchange it and they say I have to pay for the original shipping, which is minimum $15.00! Not to mention, you also have to pay to ship the item back. No other store has such a horrible return/exchange policy. DO NOT shop there or you will be disappointed. I learned my lesson the hard way. Never again!!!
