Pittsburgh! Never seen her this awesome in person though.
The Roberto Clemente Bridge in Pittsburgh will always be one of my favorites.  This is a view of the reflection of the bridge and the Pittsburgh skyline early one Saturday morning.

In mathematics, an ellipse is a curve on a plane surrounding two focal points such that a straight line drawn from one of the focal points to any point on the curve and then back to the other focal point has the same length for every point on the curve. As such, it is a generalization of a circle which is a special type of an ellipse that has both focal points at the same location. The shape of an ellipse is represented by its eccentricity which for an ellipse can be any number from 0 (the limiting case of a circle) to arbitrarily close to but less than 1.

gorgeous day in the san juan islands.

our orca pods are a little scarce tho :(.    j pod already left, and k pod hasn't arrived.  l pod split up and most of them are heading north for the hunt.  not enough salmon at this time.  what a contrast.  15 years ago we came on the 4th of july and saw all 3 pods together in a superpod.  when they are in a superpod, they dance and jump and have a huge party.
