I had a great experience while renting with Sacramento Delta. Ashley and Lyn were very quick to respond to any questions or repairs I needed. It's hard to find a property management company that stays on top of things. Also, being able to pay my rent online was so convenient and easy. I would have no problem renting a property through this property management.

As a property owner, I have always found Lyn Ivans to be very responsive and helpful with any request. And that includes providing recommendations for companies to obtain services from for my own residence. She is the best!

This company especially karla yost is a slum landlord there cheap and will do anything to make money they never repair anything dont rent from them inless u want to be treated like a slave

I have been a tenant with Sacramento Delta for close to 15 years. I have never had a problem with them as far as maintenance issues, etc. I could put in a maintenance request in the morning and someone would be calling me sometimes within the hour. Lyn and Janeth are great people to work with. If I was staying in this state, I would recommend Sacramento Delta Property Management to every one. Thank you for your rental services. I will be moving back to California eventually and hope that I can rent from them again.

We moved into this property November 2015, so our experience with Sacramento Delta Property Management is fairly new. But we’ve had issues from the day we moved in, including plumbing and electrical. Desiree White and Vicki Smith have always responded immediately to our issues. The day we moved in, on a Saturday, I called with a plumbing problem, and Sacramento Delta had a plumber here within an hour! As another renter pointed out, some reviews on here are negative, but repairs need to be approved by the landlord, which has been the reason for some delays in my situation. Desiree and Vicki are professional and friendly, and do what they can to get the work completed as quickly as they can.

Finally fed up with the lack of service. They have done almost nothing in the past 6 months even though I have serious issues to be dealt with (squirrels in the attic, holes in the roof, lawn care company that barely shows up and does next to nothing when they are here - Creekside Lawn Care in Rocklin by the way). I have been renting this house for nearly 11 years, I would think they would make an effort after all this time. The current team assigned to the property I, gets no results.. Calling the supervising manager made no difference. If you have the option of renting from another property manager, I would highly recommend that. Over the 10 and 1/2 years, there have been some incredibly helpful people there: Kesha, Teresa, Sandy, Patrick.......but after Teresa left last May things went straight down hill. It is inexcusable for them to ignore squirrels and possibly rats in the attic - that can be dangerous but is at the least unhealthy. Holes in the roof - also inexcusable. The house has not been even touched up with paint in 10 + years, the carpet is shredded (it was bad when we got here). The yards - front and back - are horrendous (a small part of that is due to the drought, but primarily due to some kind of mold growing where the lawn should be). In 10 and 1/2 years, almost nothing has been done to either yard. I am constantly digging up mushrooms. The yard problems go on and on. The owner of this house is extremely cheap and won't pay for anything not required, but the property management company makes almost no effort to do the right thing. They do make sure to recommend rent increases, though. Very, very frustrated!! New note 2pm: Just found a pit/nest of baby snakes in the back yard (actually my dog did). Don't rent through this company if you want service!

My husband and I recently reached out to Ronda with Sacramento Delta Property Management via email to inquire about a rental property. Her responses were incredibly short and uninformative. Short and uninformative soon became downright rude. It was then that I decided to check out the reviews for this company as I couldn't believe how dismissive a company was being to a potential customer. Seems to me that terrible customer service is the norm for Sacramento Delta Property Management and we dodged a bullet by not going any further than a simple inquiry. Thanks Ronda!

My husband and I are in our second rental house through Sac Delta. Anytime we have needed a repair they are very quick to send someone out. They have always been very responsive with any concern we have. Especially Lyn Ivans at the Florin Road office. All we do is e-mail her with any questions or problems and she responds the next business day, sometimes the same day.
