Stay away from this place. The management is horrendous. I made a deposit via a check to be put on a wait list, which I was told was fully refundable in case I didn't rent from them. I went with another community and they said the check would not be deposited. However, after 5 months they did deposit the check and refused to give me my money back. They are liars and cheats. I am in the process of talking to BBB and the authorities to report theft.

I love living here. Only 2 issues I ever encounter are: I never see the building being cleaned, made to smell good or anything. It's not a mess but I never hear a vacuum going off at all. The other thing is parking. By 8pm if you are not home, it feels like your parking in another zip code somewhere. Other than that - its a lovely place to live.

Office staff has been very friendly, cooperative and responsive. Maintenance staff very thorough and efficient; problems are always addressed quickly. Grounds are immaculately maintained and immaculate. Very dog-friendly complex, and everybody cleans up after their pet. Neighborhood is fairly quiet considering the complex is located on a busy street, and the neighborhood seems relatively safe. Now the downside... apartment seems to have been furnished for midgets, using the cheapest appliances and fixtures possible. "Child-size" toilet requires you to hold the lever down for 10 seconds to get a complete flush, and the hot water tank holds only about enough hot water for one serious shower. All appliances appear to be brand new, but I have stayed in travel trailers that had larger refrigerators, and the dishwasher is obviously a budget model -- if you load it fully you have to run it twice to get your dishes clean. Finally, there is a device that passes for a "security gate", but it rarely works properly, often staying in the "open" position all night long. None of these things have me looking for another place to live, but you would think with the astronomical rents they charge here they could spend a few extra bucks and get normal-sized (and better quality) appliances, fixtures, and security features!

When I initially chose these apartments, there was no enforced parking policy. After I applied, paid my security deposits, and came in to sign the lease I was informed that there would a new parking policy. All visitors must now park in "VISITOR PARKING". There are only a select few visitor parking spaces, and at night they are almost always full. My son's father came to drop my son off and there were no empty visitor spaces, so he had to park in one of the regular spaces. He came in for all of an hour and a half and his car was towed, and all because there aren't enough visitor spaces. So now we have to pay for something that was completely beyond our control. I officially HATE living here.

Have had many property managers but the new manager Goslyn seems to be a winner..had an issue with my unit that I discussed with the previous property manager and she kept acting like she did not receive the email...I emailed him and he came to my apartment to see what he could do to assist me...FANTASTIC IMPRESSION! Has done follow up with me and even the new office staff is extremely helpful. I hope that he and the new staff stick around!
