2 Meat Plate: Chopped brisket and Jalapeño Sausage. Brisket is fulfilling and the sausage isn't overwhelming. Sides: Ranchero Beans and Macaroni & Cheese. Beans are delicious. I just wish the Mac & Cheese was always fresh. It's always a tough side to master. Drink: Kool-Aid in either grape or cherry flavor. The Kool-Aid honestly compliments the meal and solidifies me returning. Great job, y'all!

Long lines at the register. Slim pickings for items.

Hola y'all. There was a lot of hype about this establishment upon my arrival to my hometown. Go Eagles! At first glance and welcoming, the restaurant is rather compact and suffocating with patrons. But what Pody's lack in square footage, it makes up for with hospitality and, best of all, deliciousness. I ordered the 2 meat plate with two sides and sweat tea to wash away my sins. The brisket: flavorful, minimal fat, and WHERE HAS THIS BEEN MY ENTIRE LIFE?!? The sausage: it was alright, but not noteworthy. The BBQ beans: they did add favor to the meal, but it wasn't the best beans I've had. The chili cheese hominy: If you like menudo and queso, you're gonna like this beautiful combination too. The sweat tea: Refreshing and sweet, but luckily the sugar ain't too overwhelming. Great place for lunch, but get there quick! I gives reason to much praise this BBQ joint has acquired.

Pretty rad piece of art. I really wish the Playboy Charger hadn't been taken down.

Be ready for a wait. The restaurant is located in a small building with a hole in the wall environment. If your table runs out of seats, the odd man out will sit on a couple of cases of beer. The appetizers are scattered on a chalk board and are plenty. I ordered the Hickory Burger. Very tasty, I regret not adding bacon to the burger. Overall, taste and preparation were ideal. Our sides consisted of fresh-cut fries and onion rings, both complimenting our burgers. I'm trying the Green Chili Burger next time! Also, pray that nobody orders a Burger from Hell. The place fills up with jalapeño smoke. Coughing ensues!!

Oh Summer MuMmers. Your plays are poorly written and are of very low quality. Your choreography does exist, which doesn't say much to the performance. However, maybe the aforementioned points are intentional. Alcohol, sharpshooting popcorn and the All American Olio may not be the only positive after all. But Joe; you are not professional, and you're giving the Yucca Theater 5 Stars? Because the thought and bragging rights of attending Summer MuMmers is worthy of 5 stars. Aim for Pit seating, y'all! PS, I've YET to catch other events here.
