The Classics of Good Business

Edwards Answering Service is celebrating the completion of our 64th year in business. With the ever changing business world, it is important to keep in mind a few cornerstone concepts.

Having a mission- This may look slightly different through the years, but is should drive everything you do. Ours is to provide the best customer service to our clients. Everything stems from this core mission.

Employee satisfaction- Not a new concept! Happy employees = better service. This goes beyond monetary compensation. A simple "thank you" goes a long way. Everyone wants and deserves recognition for a job well done.

Forming and keeping Good relationships- This is true of current clients, former clients, competitors and vendors and employees.

Consistency is key- This includes with your customers and staff.

Knowing that you don't know everything!- Trusting your staff, vendors and advisors. There is always room for growth and the sharing of knowledge.
