We had our wedding at ATT, and it was perfect! The staff at ATT is amazing. We working with Dana on several aspects of the event, and she truly was wonderful. She was extremely responsive and knew how to ensure all things were planned out for the day-of. The catering was amazing. We received countless compliments on the food, and they were so flexible with creating a menu for our varying dietary needs. Everything with ATT, planning, catering, room blocking, etc., was so easy because the staff is so great. Beyond the people at ATT, the space was beautiful! The high ceilings in the ballroom made for a great feel! We absolutely loved our wedding at ATT, and if we were to do it over again, we could do it at ATT!

UT campus has several study spots. But the AT&T center will forever be my favorite secret study spot. So to all you current students...no more studying at the PCL, try out this center that's open 24/7. And what's better than free fast wifi?! No more using up your Resnet bandwidth. Walking through the hotel's unique interior decorations, there is a tv lounge area with some outlets, mini tables next to the windows looking out onto the back patio. There are also several round tables outside with plenty of seating. My favorite part about sitting outside is how quiet it is; all I can hear are the birds chirping and the UT tower bell ringing. Did I mention that they're open 24/7? Did I mention free fast wifi? Oh yes...yes I did.

I ordered Grilled Salmon Fish through Room Service.. It was so salty I could not eat it even after removing the top layer. That was one of the bad experiences. I was generally not pleased with the hotel. The amenities were decent so this could be your choice if you don't get reservations elsewhere.

Predatory towing scam at parking lots surrounding the center, if you are towed or have been towed from across the street in University Catholic Center parking lot, or any parking lot. If you have been towed from a parking lot and the tow sign says "Towing Enforced at All Times", you were illegally towed. Checkout Texas Towing Compliance for details on getting compensation for this criminal activity.

Really nice education/conference center located on the UT campus. A lot of evening MBA classes, work conferences and educational exhibitions-- SXSW holds multiple panels here every year. If you're headed to a particular area within the center, I'd recommend budgeting about 10 minutes extra to find parking (look in the public structure on University Ave. or valet is available), and navigate the building. There's a very nice restaurant-- the Carillon-- and a fantastic attached art museum-- the Blanton Museum of Art-- that make for nice entertainment if you're looking to kill time.

I recently stayed at the at&t hotel while attending a training at the conference center. I stayed three night. Room was very nice & clean. However, when checking out was charged extra for a international call that I did not make. Manager was not at all helpful & insistent that I had made the call. Finally they realized that it was the guest before me that made the call. Be sure & check your check out invoice.

I've been to 3 or 4 events at this location. This is a very nice meeting space for educational events. The meeting rooms are set up like lecture halls complete with AV setup. The food in the catering "cafe" is very good, which is unusual for many places like this. It's also conveniently located to downtown. The only downside is that the parking is pretty pricy. But, if that's the only thing to complain about, that's not too bad.
